Ch 4 - Ujjayi Breath

Many people with anxiety are shallow breathers, which means they are not breathing correctly or fully. If you are not getting full breaths, your brain may not be getting the oxygen it needs to function, hence the brain fog that can accompany anxiety. It's even harder to get full breaths of oxygen in moments of stress and tension, which is when your cells need it most. Amidst all of the worldly stressors, you must regain the breath's full spectrum to sustain a healthy self.

"Breathe, my dear; it's okay." — Thich Nhat Hanh
