Chris Ann Crouch HHP, CBP, CPLC
Chris has built a career at the intersection of healing, creativity, and helping people feel genuinely well. Her background in holistic health grew out of personal experience — early health challenges and a significant loss in young adulthood led her to explore what real healing could look like beyond conventional medicine.
That exploration took her through the arts — theatre, Middle Eastern dance, hoop dance, and stage performance — before leading her into certifications in massage therapy, Reiki, herbal studies, and BodyTalk®, a quantum physics-based wellness system she continues to study today. She also spent nearly a decade teaching Anusara® yoga in San Diego County.
Currently, Chris is a full-time second-year psychology major at the University of New Mexico's Honors College — adding academic depth to decades of hands-on experience. She also designs websites for women in wellness, and lives in the Manzanita Mountains near Albuquerque with her husband and two Australian Shepherds, Sophie and Archie, who keep her busy on the agility course most weekends.
